I awoke in a lot less pain than yesterday, but I still hurt. It took me a while to get going.  I had plans to meet a trails acquaintance for a picnic.  Because my fridge was still empty and I still hurt, I got fast food to take to the picnic.  I talked with her about what was required to maintain a trail.  It didn’t sound that difficult, so I’m considering it.

When I got home, I was tired.  I napped all afternoon, for almost four hours.  I realized that because I hadn’t followed my diet in so long, my symptoms for hypothyroidism were returning.  I resolved to eat better.

In the evening, I finally started changing the names and details to my journal entries that I typed up during my camping trip and inputted them in my blog.  It feels good to somewhat catch up.  I think I’m only about a week behind real life now!  It will feel good to be caught up!

Finances: I spent $24 on fast food.

Relationships: I hung out with my hiking acquaintance.

Meditation:  I did not meditate today.

Sleep: I slept for 7 hours last night plus a lot of napping the day before.

Exercise:  I really didn’t exercise today.

Diet: I did not follow my diet today.

De-cluttering and cleaning: I did neither today.

Hygiene:  I did neither today.

Mood and temperament: I was in a decent mood.  I was so tired all the time, that I was a bit apathetic, though.  My temperament was good.
